CosmoHQ is a digital agency offering website, app and software development, social media management and campaigns.
This Policy explains how we handle personal data when you browse the site, get in touch, send a brief or use one of our apps.
2. What data we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, project type, goal, message and anything else you send through the forms on this site.
We may also record technical browsing information such as IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and essential cookies.
3. What we use data for
We use the data to respond to enquiries, review requests, deliver our services, improve the site experience and keep in commercial contact where we have a legal basis to do so.
We may also use the information for security, fraud prevention, auditing and to meet legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data with suppliers needed to operate the site and support you, always under appropriate contracts and safeguards.
5. Cookies and analytics
We may use essential cookies and analytics tools to understand how the site is used and to improve content, performance and conversion.

8. Our apps
Alongside this website we publish apps for iOS and Android, such as CosmoPrompter. This section describes how data is handled inside those apps and prevails over the sections above where the two differ.
The camera and microphone are used only while you are recording, to produce your video. Speech recognition runs on the device itself and is used to follow your reading of the script and to generate captions.
Your scripts, recordings, captions and editing settings are stored only on your device. We do not upload that content to our servers, we have no access to it, and we do not use it to train models.
The apps require no sign-up or login, show no advertising, and do no cross-app or cross-site tracking.
Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to validate subscriptions: it receives a pseudonymous identifier generated by the app and the subscription status. Payment details such as card and billing address are handled solely by the store and never reach us.
To remove app data, simply uninstall the app: the local content is deleted with it. Because we hold no account and no server-side copy, there is no app data to request deletion of from us.
9. Updates
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the site, to our operations or to the law.
